Vienna residents are mourning the loss of Town of Vienna Mayor Jane Seeman, who died Sunday.
Seeman was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer last June and continued to serve as mayor while receiving treatment. Seeman, who was 76, announced in December that she would not seek re-election.
