So in May of 2012, I was arrested for a wet reckless driving (reckless driving, alcohol involved.) I was originally convicted, but I appealed the court case, and was plead guilty at the appeal in September with a slightly reduced sentence (60 days suspended license instead of one year).
I also had to enter the VASAP program, and as part of the program I was put on unsupervised probation for a year.
Being the moron that I am, I was arrested for Drunk in Public last night. The terms of my VASAP probation say that it lasts for 1 year from the date of conviction, and that I need to notify my probation officer of any arrests.
My question is, does the one year start from the date of my initial conviction in May, or my appeal conviction in September? If its the May one, I will happily pay my fine and move on. If its September, how much of a hellstorm have I brought upon myself for fucking up yet again while still on probation?
