Homeowner Injured
West Springfield Police District – On Friday, December 20, at 3:47 p.m., officers were called to the 9500 block of Parsonage Lane for a stabbing. The 37-year-old homeowner found an unknown man in the garage. The suspect allegedly stabbed the victim and fled. The male victim was transported to a local hospital with non life-threatening injuries. The helicopter and K-9 units assisted in the search for the suspect who has not been located.
The suspect is described as Hispanic in his late teens and approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall. He was wearing a green sweatshirt with a blue undershirt.
