Here is my response on this question from wise Superviosrs of Fairfax County:
Northern Virginia is a leader of infrastructure for advanced telecom and defense for the United States. Yet, due to failure to think ahead and focus on electrical power technology frontiers until repeated natural disasters strike and take out electricity 3, 4, and 10 days, our commuinity leadership appear to be powerless to think ahead.
Anyone in Fairfax has the wisdom and interest to pursue conversation to change this
"habit" mindset of "natural disaster driven mindset" to "technology innovation opportunity" mind set ?
