This is what is wrong with Fairfax County Police. Focus is on BS and not higher priorities. Focus is now on jaywalkers and tree cutters as opposed to gang activity, robberies, larcenies, quality of life issues, drug dealers. Really???
Mason District Captain Wilhite recently said in a Mason Station Citizens Action Committee meeting that "As station commander, Wilihite said she plans to focus on two big initiatives: pedestrian safety and decreasing the amount of solicitation in Mason District by woodchuckers, or people who go door-to-door offering services to residents such as cutting down trees or mowing lawns in exchange for payment."
No wonder there are problems in Culmore, Landmark, and Annandale. Let's move there. Just don't cross the street in the wrong place.
