Last night an older Ford Mustang burned on Rounding Run Drive in Franklin Farm. It was owned by some kid who worked on in in the driveway and on the street, and the car was in really rough shape. Front bumper torn off, wrinkled fender, driver side window busted, etc.
Last night it burned hard in the cabin. Really burned, like bubbled paint and so forth. Normally when a car catches fire it's in the engine compartment.
I have to wonder if it might be arson. The car looked awful and was there for months and months. Over on Dower House a couple years ago somebody burned the cars of a guy who was using his driveway and street as storage for his car service business. The HOA and neighbors had tried to get him to stop, he refused, and there was a long court fight which he won. A few months later several of his cars were burned.
